This hotel is in an excellent location in Union Square. The cable cars are right outside the door, close location to shopping. Easy walking distance to Market Street and the BART. The rooms are small, but clean. They were spacious enough for 2 people with a queen bed. The little extras of free cookies, fruit and coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day was a treat. The tour desk was very helpful. We would stay there again if we return to San Francisco another time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
