Given that this was a life dream to come to Key West it wasn't exactly a dream hotel. We were not given a room that had been described to us but of course this was a very busy weekend for Key West so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I guess most of all the worst part was when I went to make coffee in the coffee pot in the room it was horrible. It seems someone got sick in the water container part of the coffee pot and it was never cleaned out. You cannot imagine the smell and because the hotel was booked we could not change rooms to get out of the stink. Bless thier hearts they tried to spray it with some type of air cleaner but we had to stay out of the room for almost 14 hours before we could get back in to sleep. I will always come back to Key West just maybe not that hotel. Sorry
