I don't understand how this hotel can actually carry the Hilton name. The Junior Suite we stayed in had nothing that a normal king-bed room would have had except about 500+ square feet of useless extra floor space. I could've parked my car in there three times over! For all that extra space, though... no decent places to set luggage except on the floor or on the bed/couch. Also, the bathroom was tiny compared to the huge room. They couldn't expand the bathroom even a few inches to fill the cavernous room outside? The room, for some reason, had *two* huge plasma televisions but no HD programming so the picture was terrible on both of them. No breakfast room service, yet it has a full-service restaurant on site. Huh? The Garden Inn boasts of having these adjustable beds where you can dial up your firmness. However, on our bed these dials did nothing. My side of the bed was as hard as a rock and a good inch higher than my partner's side. I actually rolled into him at one point, unintentionally. The bed in this massive room was put in the corner against the wall with the hallway on the other side, so late at night and early in the morning, we were woken by the sounds and vibrations of children screaming and running. I didn't sleep more than an hour each night. Since the hotel was at capacity, there was no way to switch to any other room. The carpet was stained in multiple places. Clearly this room had been rented by party people and trashed, and poorly cleaned. The underground parking structure is awkward; unless you're driving a mini cooper or a smart car, park outside and walk around the long way. Better yet, just don't stay here. Spend a little more and stay somewhere that actually CARES about you and your business. Stay away. Far, far away.
