The inclusion of a kitchen sink along with a few plates and silverware in addition to the mini fridge and microwave was a wonderful bonus to the room. The hotel has a great location-only a couple blocks from the Supreme Court building and a block away (in the other direction) from a subway station. I could walk to all the monuments (it was a couple of miles to the Lincoln Memorial) and grabbed a subway to Arlington and then to the airport when it was time to leave. If you're not much of a walker, the subway line nearby can drop you off by the Smithsonian. When I first checked in I was soaking wet, as I'd left my umbrella at home. One of the staff members was nice enough to give me a towel while they processed my check in, which was greatly appreciated.
