Horrible Experience!!

It all started with the check in. I reserved and paid for a king delux room and when I arrived they didnt have my room and claimed that a reservation is not a garuntee for the room type just a garuntee for "a" room. Ive never heard of this before and complained however it didnt get me very far. The managment was less than helpful and brushed it off. After that I checked into the double queen in the newly renovated side of the hotel. The floors were dirty, the bathroom vent had giant dust clumps and black mold. One of the light bulbs was burned out, the alarm clock was broke and the list goes on and on. All in all I will never stay here again and would recommend staying somewhere else unless you absolutley cannot afford another hotel. I absolutley would not take children here due to the mold and dust clumps found in the bathroom vents.
