I had to speak to the manager 3 times and he was very nice but cant remember his name

upon arrival the front desk clerk was on a personal phone call and did not greet me. i waited patiently for her to get off the phone & was still not greeted very friendly but at least greeted... then after getting my room keys i had NO instruction on where to park or how to get to my room! i had NO idea how to even use the garage elevator to get to my floor. It was a good thing that a manager got on the elevator with us to show us how. We ask for some glasses or cups and did not receive them until the next day, we had some very loud neighbors that no one did anything about. The sleep by # beds are the worst beds ever. Just not a good experience for any of us.
