We enjoyed the friendly staff, pools, and fantastic beach. The food was pretty good overall and they had good entertainment! The band was fantastic, they really engaged all of the age groups, young and old had a great time. (Usually these all-inclusive places have lame entertainment.) The hotel was clean and the staff was great. One of the highlights was the snorkeling right off the beach. You could walk down the beach and snorkel your way back! They had all the equipment you needed right there. We explored the island and went into San Miguel several times. The residents of the island are very nice, I never felt threatened or afraid. Loved it! This resort is a few miles from town but a much more relaxed atmosphere right on the beach. Dolphins swimming by our beach in the mornings, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
