While in the area a car is necessary inorder to travel from place to place, the resort was fabulous from check in to check out. There was a great outdoor/ indoor pool, hottub, and mini golf area right in our backyard and many opportunites to win free tickets to events within the area( such as the haunted tours or restaurant coupons) making planning ahead unnecessary. Great place for kids in a safe area with security guards always within sight.
