We were excited to stay at the Ridge as we read some nice reviews. However we had so many issues that I don't know where to start. The biggest being that the staff and service were beyond poor. In fact we never ended up staying with the resort. After multiple calls to the general manager, and several days later, we were refunded. I also felt that the sales pitch and pressure to purchase a time share was heavy. Despite all the issues we experienced and the 5+ hours we spent attempting to resolve the issues with the resort- we were still given a sales pitch. The location isn't great, as it's several miles outside of the downtown area. I wish our experience was a positive as some of the other reviewers... but it was just horrible. Start to finish.
