Don't Bother - You get what you pay for

We were looking for a good value in Boston. We were disappointed in this hotel. We came in on a shuttle from the airport - had to wait 45 minutes after we called on airport phone for hotel shuttle. There were three other couples on the same shuttle, the lobby was so small that all six people could not stand in the lobby to check in and we had to stand outside in a cold drizzle until all the others checked in. We had reserved a king size bed and when we got to our assigned room, found it to be very small with a double bed. I called the front desk and told them that we would be coming down to change rooms, the person said don't bother that there were no other rooms. I complained that we had reserved a king room - the young lady said "Take it up with Travelocity." We looked for a place for dinner, the front desk was very little help - we ran into a couple that had come on the same shuttle as we did and they suggested a resturant nearby. There were not many choices within walking distance. After an uncomfortable night, we went down for breakfast the next morning and the area was dirty and extremely crowded - some people were standing to eat and many were sitting in the small lobby to try to eat. There was not enough of some food items available. While the motel wasn't necessarily dirty, it was old and "seedy." I would not recommend it to any one - we expected more of Comfort Inn.
