We were at this facility from April 1st - 8th. The overall experience was good. The service levels at this hotel are poor at best, unless you show the tip $$ first, at that point your service will improve two-fold. The food is average for an all-inclusive and at times was redundant. This was our 6th time Negril (1st time at this hotel) and we stayed several times a "couple" of yards down the beach, which if we do return to Negril, we will go back to. If you scuba dive I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use Scuba Caribe. Their policies are extremely unfriendly as is the management. I was forced to use their equipment due to a problem with mine (not their fault) and it was unsafe to the point that I cancelled my remaining 5 dives without a refund (policy)! I was referred to a dive shop called Sun Divers which I wish I would have used.
