My wife and I felt right at home in Le Parker Meridien from the time we set foot in it. Check-in was effortless, we found our room comfortable and well equipped, and the Concierge service was amazing. Each time we contacted them for information (it was only our second trip and guidance and directions were necessary), the person we talked to treated our questions with interest, concern, and good humor. If I might offer one small quibble, the nut bowl in the lobby bar could definitely use more cashews.
