The hotel is in the midst of renovation. My room was downgraded to from a Queen bed to two singles. The carpet was filthly and sticky. Room had a smell, sliding doors were pinned to prevent opening, hallways jammed with cluttered, etc... The front desk staff was helpful but were not always available. The bell hop and valent ignored you unless you were signing up for one of their "recommended" tours. For the price, either wait until the renovation is complete or try one of the chains.
