When we first checked in, there was a wetspot on the carpet where the bathroom plumbing leaked into the living area. The staff accomodated us by immediately switching our room to one that was appropriate. The location was accessible to the major attractions in San Francisco and well worth the expenses considering free breakfast and free parking.
