The hotel offers great value compared to other Hong Kong hotels, but the location is a bit far from wherever I wanted to go during my stay in Hong Kong. The room was clean on average, but quite small. The staff were nice and eager to answer any questions. However, it was a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. When I saw it online, I didn't think of it as a big deal, I thought 15 minutes is just a piece of cake, but I didn't factor in the fact that you'll have to walk pretty much everywhere in Hong Kong; it's not like here in the states where you drive to a place, park your car, and walk shortly to the destination. After walking around all day, taking the subway and walk another 15 minutes was the last thing I wanted to do, so I ended up spending much more on Taxi. So for those who are not too fond of walking, I'll recommend looking for hotels within 5 minutes from subway stations, it really helps and although these hotels can be more expensive, it's pretty much the same price since you can save on transportation. Last but not least, the hotel is not close to any restaurants, or any place that opens late, so if you plan to return late, it's better that you've eaten elsewhere.
