I wouldn't wish your mother-in-law to stay here. We pre-paid via Travelocity and when we showed up, the room had mold in the bathroom, and dried sand cemented to the TV, the desk and one of the three phones (two of which did not work!). When we complained and asked to check out, we were told literally to go pound sand. We tried to gut it out, but when 4PM rolled around and our room had still not been cleaned (we called at 7PM the night we checked in to complain), we decided to cut our stay short. Only after I called Travelocity for help did we get somewhere (although Travelocity literally only transferred my call right back to the same desk manager!). Oh, almost forgot, my 6 year old twins were charged $19 for the buffet. We were charged $29. And, "for our convenience" 20% was added to our bill for service charge. For the server who never once refilled my coffee and that was the ONLY thing she brought me - it is a BUFFET! Never again!
