Really bad front desk service but nice room.

When we arrived our room wasn,t available. They were all booked although we had already payed for our room. At the beginning the staff told me they couldn't do anything but, after demanding some action on their part around two hours later they informed me they would handle the situacion and ended up giving us a nicer room. Although the room was very good and comfortable I wouldn't recommedn it because of the really bad front desk service we received.
