This was my first stay with at this hotel and I have to admit it vey definitely exceeded my expectations. The front desk was courteous and professional. They made me feel welcome as an individual not as a customer. The same holds true with the rest of the staff: housekeeping kept my room very clean: concierge helped me plan some touring that interested me; room service provided excellent assistance in making food choices and after I chose, the food arrived in record time, was hot as needed and cold as needed not to mention of excellent quality. All in all, I am looking forward to making another stop at the Toronto Sheraton sometime in the near future.
