The staff were very accommodating. Upon check-in I received an upgrade to a higher floor so I wouldn't be bothered by noise from the bar/restaurant/lobby. During my stay the TV quit working in my room and when it couldn't be repaired quickly I received another upgrade- to a suite. There were no self service ice machines and room service was a little slow on the delivery but always very polite and apologetic.
