OUTSTANDING Customer Service!

From the valet to the bellman(Ken) to the girl at the front desk(Chablis)to EVERY employee we came across, the service was OUTSTANDING! Chablis graciously found us a room with a better view than what we had reserved...without us even asking. Ken put all our clothing away in the walk-in closet, like it was just a normal part of his job. We had asked for a fridge in our other room, and so when we called down to the desk, it was delivered & plugged in in less than 15 minutes, and then the desk called back to see if it had arrived yet. The room was clean & the linens/mattress was not only clean and free from any sign of bedbugs(paranoid, I ALWAYS check) but the most comfortable bed I
