HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst stay of any hotel I've stayed at!!

Upon check in we were put into a room other than what we booked. At that point they made arrangments to give us a late check out in order to make up for having the wrong room. Our check out time was set for 2 p.m. However at 9 a.m. housekeeping just walked into our room and woke us up. We decided then to go downstairs and get breakfast. After sitting down it took about 5-10 mins to get orange juice. Our server never came back around so I got up to find her. After finding her I requested a coffee and a bloody mary. The server did not even acknowledge that I was talking to her. 20 mins later she came up to me and asked for my i.d. After showing her my i.d. it took about another 10 mins to get my drink. It cost $* for 2 breakfasts so you would think the service would be top of the line. After eating breakfast we decided to go back and lay down. That is when we got the call that it was time to exit the hotel @ noon. I informed the lady that we had a 2 p.m. checkout and she told me that she had no record of that and we needed to exit the hotel. It also took about 10 mins to get a drink from the bar and we were 2 of about 5 people in the bar when we went the night we checked in. It was our anniversary and we did not have our children so the sleeping in was a very exciting idea that got thrown out the window!!!
