First, it would be really nice if hotels advertised when they are undergoing major construction. This Holiday Inn Express is getting a major face lift and while that's nice for future guests, it's not so nice for the guests that have to put up with all the construction noise, dust, and debris. I had chosen a luxury suite in this hotel for the purpose of working and rest - I got very little of either done. This Holiday Inn Express was supposed to have a nice business center but due to the construction the business center was non-existent. This stuff really needs to be published so people who need to work know. On top of it all, the night manager was nosy, rude and judgmental...what ever happened to hospitality in this business??
