The staff was great and the manager went out of his way to introduce himself and chat. The Hard Rock is the perfect location for attending the Universal Studios parks and your stay includes an express pass for the park rides. It is definately worth staying at the hotel if you are going to the parks. This hotel is great if you have kids or teens.
