We arrived at 10:30 at night with a 3 yr old and 18 mo old more than ready for bed only to be told the hotel had overbooked reservations and our suite had been given to an earlier arrival. (Our room was not only reserved, but already paid for). I spoke to a manager by phone and he lied to me, telling me there had been a sudden maintenance emergency in the room. Will not use this hotel again.
