Internet worked in room for about 45 minutes then went offline. Could not get it to reconnect. Called the front desk who advised me to call their internet provider. All the internet provider wanted to do was change the confiiguration of my computer (even though I had already been connected.) I called the front desk again and they said to come to the lobby and try it there. I was able to log on from the lobby (without reconfiguring my comptuer). When I checked out I asked for a receipt but the clerk said he couldn't/wouldn/t give me one because I had booked online and if I wanted a receipt I would have to get it from the online company. (Very unusual since I always book online and have never been refused a receipt before.) I also requested a ride back to the airport and was told they would notify the driver. Later I saw the driver talking to the desk clerk about going to the airport to pick someone up. The clerk did not tell him I was waiting. So I stopped the driver myself and requested the ride. The driver was very nice. I would not stay at this hotel again due to these difficulties.
