The first thing we were greeted by was the cold mood of the front desk lady. Service here is so so. These people don't go the extra mile. It's more of you get what you paid for attitude. I hated how the fridge was tiny and all sensored. You can't keep your own anything in it without first explaining that you did not consume whatever was in it but just took it out so you can use the space for your own stuff. . It was disappointing that they did not carry tourist booklets at the lobby just a flyer for tourist attraction. A booklet is more useful because you can carry around all the maps, places to eat and see etc. There was an info tourist center a few blocks a way where you can find more information. Guest can use the MAC computer at the lobby. but it is only one computer. If you bring your laptop you can use it at the lobby for free internet.
The location was perfect. Take the express bus from the airport and it will drop you off at a corner in Rene Levesque where it will only be less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. The location is between to metro stations green and orange but closer to the Lucien L'allier station. Close to St. Catherine's for shopping and Maissoneuve for dining.
