The front desk clerk was very rude during check in. He apparently had a problem understanding my name, even when I spelled it for him and gave him my ID. I had to have a manager come over just to check in and was accused of giving the wrong name, even though he had my name clearly printed in front of him. There was no apology for the mix up nor the attitude. In their summary they boast about having 24/7 room service, which doesn't exist. When we asked for menus to take to our room for the room service we were told that they did not offer it, that we had to come downstairs and order something out of the glass case at the check in desk. Then their site also boasts complementary wifi, which is not complementary at all. You have to pay to receive internet service of any kind in the hotel. It was an overall horrible experience and I fully intend to never stay there or at any other Hyatt ever again.
