This is a nice little resort close to trhe rim and a number of outdoor activities. Our grand daughter liked the pool and playgrounds. I liked the nice creek on the property with plenty of trout. The lounge and restaurant are well run and there is a nice happy hour. The resort is "rustic" to say the least. Our room was in need of an update and new beds. If you want to get away from the city and enjoy the outdoors this is the place. If your looking for plush and cushy luxury accomodations, go back to Phoenix and the 110 heat.
