The only problem I had was my room was not available until 2pm but I arrived several hours earlier. I was never informed of my rooms availability is much later than my flight arrival. There were other guest that also had to wait several hours though the bell boy did take my luggage so as to have less of a burden. The hotel charged me * Euros a day for city tax.
The hotel and my room was basically clean with a modern design. They clean your room everyday unless you click the quotDo Not Disturbquot light. There was hot water. The only activity there is the free 24 hour gym which is small. The free basic channel TV was a flat screen. You have to pay for their wifi. Theres a air vent hair dryer and electric water heater. The outlets are European so Americans would have to bring a European to American converter to charge their electronics. The staff is helpful and friendly except for when I requested my room earlier than 2pm. The hotels security is a 4 out of 5 because of an extra hinge lock on my door cameras a safe in my room I can also check who knocks on my door and the lobby door is locked when it gets really late where you can enter by an intercom via front desk. I would recommend this hotel with the exception of having to wait before I could check-in.
