The property was great with many useful amenities, but I am never staying again. The staffs there doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I couldn't find the hotel parking lot so I got off my car asked the manager where it was. He told me the location and the cost of $*, but I still had trouble because it was on a separate lot accross the street. After going around the block 7 times, I parked on a lot with the hotel's logo, but when I went back inside, he told me I had parked on the wrong place and I needed a parking voucher from the hotel to park on the right place. Why couldn't he have given me the voucher the first time I went inside? I was tired and irritated from a long day and from going around in circles for parking so I asked him to draw me a map of the location, but he was very rude. He cut me off and shushed me. I wanted to check in first to leave my belongings. The front desk agent, Nora, was unfriendly and charged me $* as parking fee. I thought I misheard the manager before so I paid, left my stuff, and went back to park again just to find out that parking is $* for up to 10 hours. I asked Nora why I paid $* more and she said it was because I was staying overnight. I checked in past 9 pm and was checking out in the morning! I asked for refund and she demanded the voucher returned first so I went back out again and gave it back. I felt really ripped off over a lousy $*, time wasted, and my whole day ruined.
