Express Pass would be only reason to return

Very disappointed. We stayed @ Hard Rock for 5 nights during a 19 day trip to FL in May-June. Paid $* per night extra for pool view, no pool view. House keeping was horrible, requesting coffee creamers turned into 5 day ordeal. Only good point was the Express Pass to parks & being able to walk to Universal. Management just did not care, only wanted my money I guess.
