Very nice hotel

The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was wonderful even as we checked in at 10pm. Our room was very nice and clean, the pillows were on the large side and slightly uncomfortable, but that's just my personal preference. The complementary breakfast was very nice and had a good selection of freshly prepared food, cereals, fruits and beverages. The only things that were negative were the room service staff and to a lesser degree, the pool. We called for room service one night, about 45 minutes before they ended service for the night. When we asked to order food, the woman said that they were busy and asked us to go down there, thus defeating the entire purpose of said service. My boyfriend and I went down to order from the lounge which is a restaurant and provides the room service to find a couple at the bar and one table with 4 guests, OBVIOUSLY it wasn't that busy. My boyfriend put the order on his credit card and we took our food back to the 5th floor. That night, we left the tray outside of our room and it was not picked up until around 5pm the next day. When we checked out, the charge for the room service was on the bill that was attached to MY credit card... we'll have to see if they double charged us. As for the pool, it was nice and clean -or so we thought- the last night we were outside having a smoke and saw a woman with her dog enter from outside the hotel grounds -they don't allow pets- and proceed to let her dog have a nice dip in the hotel pool. Other than that, the hotel was great and we would stay there again.
