Not very happy... :-(

The Hotel was not really very tidy at all. The lobby is lousy, the mattress ans pillows were just ok, and the room was just dingy to me compared to other hotels that I have stayed at for less money. What really bothered me is that the overnight parking fee was not expected, and when I mentioned that to the lady at the front desk she was not very nice at all... She told me that I can go elsewhere... at 1am in the morning??? Also, the internet did now work at first when I got into the room, so when I called the un-customer service front desk lady she brushed me off and gave me a technical support number for some external company that did a mediocre job at getting my internet service to work half way decent... No more Clarion Hotels for me.
