We loved the hotel...location was awesome, rooms were spacious (we have 4 kids so you can believe us!), breakfast was pretty good...the ONLY draw back, although major, was housekeeping left our door open after cleaning. When I went to management to let them know so they can alert housekeeping, the frontdesk clerk became defensive and was very apathetic to our concern, giving excuses like, "Oh, the door gets stuck like that." My husband had several hundred dollars worth of stuff for entertainment in the room. No apology or feeling like they cared. I even sent a notice to the property managers and never heard from them. They don't care about my stuff, why should I care about theirs?
