Very Disappointed

Our 1st room smelled of mold, glass coming out of patio door frame (they repaired), and vomit smell on pillow & sheets. Our 2nd room had dead insects in the light above the dining table (they cleaned), shower head was broke (they replaced), towel rack fell off the wall, and there was mold on the grout above the bath tub. We asked for another room, but were told that they were completely booked and we requested that the contact us when another room became available, they never called. We have stayed in numerous Hilton prosperities and were very disappointed at this Embassy Suites Hotel.
