fire alarm in middle of night

The room was fine but there was a loud scraping sound that went on for 30 minutes from the closet area, thought it was the AC in the ajoining room but then it stopped. Hours later it started up again. Then at 4:30 am the fire alarm went off. NOt sure that it was the fire alarm at first until the next morning. No staff came to check on the people on our floor or call each room to tell us to get out. There was ALOT of noise from other people as they wlaked up and down the hall, the window is very thin most sound seemed to come from there. also it was hard to get the door to take the key card right away and it took me a few minutes of trying different tricks to get the door to green light and get it open before it re-locked. I would not stay here again. no parking really if you bring 2 cars and arrive in the evening you may have to park on the street, if you do get a spot and later move your car to go to dinner, since parking is first come first serve, you risk losing your spot. I've defiantely stayed in worse but i would not stay here again as I was not able to sleep.
