We just returned from a long weekend in SF. We stayed at Hotel Del Sol simply because that is where the rest of the wedding guests were staying. The location is great. The room we had with a King bed was small, and had no refrigerator though there was a place for it. There was a nice walkin closet, but again the bathroom was very small. Because we booked with this site, we got a much better room rate than we would have if we would have booked directly with the hotel. After speaking with the other guests we found a variety of room rates, most all more than we paid and more than it was worth. The breakfast was weak in the mornings but there was coffee and that was ok. There is a pool, though I didn't see anyone using it as it too is very small, but probably the only hotel with a pool in the area. Some of the other guests complained of street noise, our room location wasn't that bad.
Super nice people running the hotel, and very helpful with directons. All in all... over priced, but if you can get a better rate, I'd stay there again. The location is the key.
