On arrival I was impressed by the foyer but it went downhill from there. I arrived late but woke up to a bloody nose because the air was so poor and the room so dry. When I asked for a humidifier they looked at me as if I had asked for something impossible. I was locked in because I purchased a 3day package so I bought a humidifier myself. Not feeling well because of the poor sleep from the previous night I tried to watch some TV but could get NBC because they had bypassed it to broadcast a South Asian News channel. This is the case for some other standard TV channels. FYI I'm a minority, but to remove a staple on most TV lineups to meet the needs of a small percentage of your customers! Come on! I'm mixed on my review of the staff. The house staff were very courteous but the front desk need to work on their manners Never again!
