Great location for access to Bartle Hall/Convention center or Power and Light District. Easy 1 block walk. Service was spotty at best. When checking in no one was at the front desk, the shuttle van drive had to go into the back to get someone. The resturant opens at 5:00PM for supper, went down at 10 minutes after, no one was out front to seat us. Eventually went to the front desk and they had to call for someone to come seat us. After that, service was ok. Only one resturant on property and it is very expensive. Food was good, but pricey. The hotel upgraded us to a king suite at check in. Room was very nice. 2 LCD TVs, eating area, couch, refer, sink. King bed was a Sleep Number bed, very nice. Wished for more info in room about the bed. Overall, a good experience and would stay again, probably would find another place to eat.
