We loved the friendly and comfortable atmosphere of this smaller hotel which was located close but not in the theater district which provided a quieter scene. The room was clean and comfortable and we really liked the in-room coffee. Having a refrigerator and micro-wave was very useful. However, the best part of our stay was the friendly staff at the front desk and the concierge service. And, coming in from a walk in 20 degree temperatures, having a smiling doorman greet us as he opened the door convinced us we chose the right hotel. we had chosen the right hotel.
