I had read this hotel has some bad reviews out there but booked a stay based on the price of the room. I have to say that we didn't encounter any of the problems other people had. We had a very nice stay in one of the Spa rooms. It was very clean and nice big room. The only thing I can say somewhat negative is that you need to order more towels but you can run into the same problem no matter where you stay. WE had a very good time!
