high prices, low service

We stayed couple of days in December 09. Travelocity does not disclose additional fees that you will pay at this hotel. We paid $* for "resort pass" that was not disclosed during purchase, nor while checking-in. We learned about this at check out. There was only one restaurant open in the evening at the "resort" and the food was prepared outright bad. Although the waitresses outnumbered the customers that night, the service was also dismal to say the least. If you have any allergies stay away from this restaurant since the waitresses have no clue what ingredients are used in preparation of the food. Otherwise the location near the lake is nice. Last thing - lock your door before the last night from inside. At 8am in the morning on the check-out day the cleaning staff goes from to room to room and opens the doors without knocking! When we pointed out to the front desk - this seemed normal to them... BTW, the checkout time is noon!
