On check-in the desk clerk informed us that Travelocity "never negotiates for free breakfast"!
Location of hotel was quite convenient. Room was cold, however when we finally complained (our fault) they sent up an electric heater that worked almost too well and had to be shut off in the middle of the night. Shower water was cold on the last day so we went
to breakfast while it warmed up ... we asked for a free continental breakfast for the
inconvenience and it was granted (after a little persuasion),
