The amenities were nice, rooms were very clean, Deluxe ocean view was really a parking lot view, the only way to see the ocean view was to step out onto the corner of the balcony to see it. Paid online through travel agency but when we arrived at the hotel we were charged a "Security deposit" in which was explained to us that it was a charge just in case something happened to the room; long bay was authorized to take money from that deposit. We were also told that we can use that deposit to charge towards our room at starbucks or the restaurants within the hotel and upon check out we would be able to receive the difference in cash. My husband and tried to charge strabucks to our room before check out so we can retrieve our cash but the lady at starbucks looked at us like we were crazy. So be careful about giving them a securtiy deposit because you may not get it back. We also had a roach in our room, it ran away when my husband tried to smash it and we later found it crawling on the ceiling. Overall, the hotel was good, better than we anticipated. We would go again because it was right on the beach and we didn't have to leave the hotel to find a place to eat or find something to do. My kids enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pool (which were both heated). It was a good deal for off season...can't beat the price for what you get. The boardwalk wasn't very far either. Staff was friendly and courteous.
