When we first called with questions, we were sent to vice mail and were told a call back would be coming soon. It did not happen for 12 hrs. By then we had reserved a room online.
The key did not open the door, the refrigerator did not work, the heating element in the bathroom was missing leaving an open light socket
Upstairs noise was awful, there were no instructions on how to operate anything. On our last day, the shower upstairs leaked through our bathroom ceiling light into our tub. We called to report the hazard, and again no one answered the phone.
There is no way we could recommend this loege.
