I don't like to complain, but I booked this hotel through Travel online and paid in advance for the room. I stayed two nights and did not find the itemized summary of charges under the door in the morning of my departure. I really didn't think about it as I have had no problems in recent months with stays at other hotels.
When I opened my online bill I found that I had been charged an additional $*! (beyond the already paid $*. room cost!!!!!) I've called for a week to inquire about an itemized bill and have spoken with three representatives with this Marriott and have been told all three times that they would send the bill and have management or accounting to phone me. It's been almost ten days with no return phonecall. (I even spoke to a manager). I've contacted my credit card company to dispute all charges. Mainly the $* smoking fee they added to my credit card! I don't smoke and never have! This has been very frustrating!
I am more than happy to pay any charges that I personally incurred while staying in this hotel but I'm not willing to pay for either charges that are incorrect or that I did not authorize. I will not stay there again.
