This hotel was nice and clean but I had enrolled in the rewards program but didn't receive any of the benefits, i.e., no slippers in the room, no newspaper of any kind (there was a choice of three), no complimentary water, etc. I was very disappointed that complimentary shuttle service to the DFW airport was not offered. And the eating establishments within walking distance of the hotel are limited.
