Dated and uncomfortable

These are privately owned townhomes from the 1980's that are really dated, not that well maintained and not that comfortable. I went to Tahoe for surgery on my knee and checked in to find the bedrooms down 10 rather steep steps. We stayed that night in the townhouse but after the surgery moved to the lodge which is more like a hotel. Neither unit was overly clean. Hairs in the tub, some unknown substance on the channel guide...gross! The beach is beautiful, the pool was very nice. The childrens play area is swing and a slide. Overall I would not recommend, especially for the price...ridiculous. Check out the Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort, looked twice as nice for half the price.
