For a person used to staying at a Hyatt, I was surprised to see they had no air conditioning! We like it not only for the cooling, but also for the white noise for sleeping. Therefore, sleeping here was difficult, it was warmer than normal when we were here (September), and we had to sleep with the window open and listen to traffic all night. We slept very little due to this. Also, no one offered to help us with our luggage, and the hotel is set up so that if you are on a second floor, you have to carry your bags up stairs, as there are no elevators. I understand the hotel was recently renovated, but it seems like they have some more work to do. I am a hyatt gold passport member, and am supposed to be guaranteed my room type. However, I got a smoking room despite not wanting one. The TV checkout did not work either. Very disappointed in this hotel compared to other hyatts I have stayed at.
