I just finished my trip in San Antonio yesterday and It was the worst travel experience ever.
First of all I just asked for 2 connected rooms because the children, and when we arrived at the front desk they told me that the hotel was full; but I made and paid in advance the all 9 nights for 2 rooms and the second day a front desk woman just cancelled my rooms keys just because she thought the rooms were not paid. With really bad matters and language she told me that I had to pay AGAIN the all 9 nights again for both of the rooms.
Then I had to call to my travel agency and after almost 4 hours some guy "" called me to apologize and gave us the 2 rooms connected but in the lowest floor.
In sense of revenge G blocked my Mastercard for 15,000.00 USD. until today still blocked.
Then the housekeeping service was terrible, they didn´t change the glasses everyday and the worst thing was that the only 2 glass cups in both of the rooms were dirty the all 9 DAYS, can you believe it?????? I don´t trust WESTIN and all the STARWOOD hotels anymore.
Besides I´ll contact my lawyers in Dallas TX to make this nightmare a nightmare to this people.
